1. Where can I buy your products?
Currently, we sell our art prints and stickers exclusively through our Etsy shop, RattailStudiosShop . You can browse our full collection of items and make secure purchases there. We also showcase our work here on our website, so you can explore our designs and learn more about each piece.

2. Do you offer international shipping?
Not at this time.

3. How long will it take to receive my order?
Processing time typically takes 2-3 business days for us to prepare your order for shipment. Once shipped, domestic orders usually arrive within 5-7 business days.

4. Can I return or exchange my order?
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on items unless they arrive damaged or defective. If this happens, please send us a photo of the damage, and we will be happy to help resolve the issue.

5. Are your art prints and stickers high quality?
Yes! All of our art prints are printed on high-quality paper using archival inks, ensuring long-lasting color and detail. Our stickers are made from durable, weather-resistant materials to keep them looking great wherever you place them.

6. Will you be selling directly on your website in the future?
Yes! While we currently use Etsy as our online store, we plan to launch a direct store here on our website in the future. We’ll keep you updated as soon as we’re ready to start selling directly to you from our site! Follow us on Instagram for updates!

We love creating new and unique pieces! If you have a specific idea or request in mind, feel free to reach out to us. We’re open to discussing custom designs for art prints or stickers and will do our best to bring your vision to life.

Currently, we do not offer gift wrapping or specialized packaging. However, we take great care in packaging your order securely to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
